Pilates

Pilates is suitable for all levels. Fantastic for improving posture, increasing strength, flexibility, stamina and concentration. Improving core strength and body alignment.

Beginners Pilates

Simple movements to increase strength, core and flexibility.

 

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga includes postures, meditation and breathing techniques, with endless benefits... including improving strength, flexibility, stamina, releasing tension, calming the mind and relaxation.

Some of my many sequences include improving posture, increasing hip flexibility, increasing hamstring flexibility, alleviating sciatica, relieving stress, upper back tension relief, lower back tension relief, neck and shoulder tension relief, improving your energy, improving your sleep, improving your digestion and many more.

Beginners Yoga

perfect introduction to Yoga. Simple moves and breathing exercises. If you haven't done Yoga before because you are too scared or "you're not flexible enough" then this is class for you. Also, great if you are familiar with Yoga and want to strip it back to the basics.

Workshops/Mini Retreats

A beautiful combination of breathing exercises, meditation, Sun Salutations, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra.

De-stress, release anxiety and slow down. Absolute heaven in half a day...

Please wear comfortable clothing to sessions and remember to bring your Yoga mat with you.

Cancellation Policy

I understand that cancellations are sometimes unavoidable – but cancelling late or not attending at all often stops other students from booking places in that class. If you cancel a class booking within 24 hours of the class start time, the class will not be rolledover or refunded.
