These classes include postures, meditation and breathing techniques, with endless benefits... including improving strength, flexibility, stamina, releasing tension, calming the mind and relaxation.

Some of my many sequences include improving posture, increasing hip flexibility, increasing hamstring flexibility, alleviating sciatica, relieving stress, upper back tension relief, lower back tension relief, neck and shoulder tension relief, improving your energy, improving your sleep, improving your digestion and many more. Suitable for all levels.

Mini Retreats

A beautiful combination of breathing exercises, meditation, Sun Salutations, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra.

De-stress, release anxiety and slow down. Suitable for all levels. Absolute heaven in half a day...

Please wear comfortable clothing to sessions and remember to bring your Yoga mat with you.

Where sessions are only accessible by participants at the discretion of Stacey Grey is the responsibility of the participants to make Stacey Grey Fitness aware of any conditions, injuries or disabilities prior to participating in the physical activity session.


It is important that you take responsibility for your own practice, by acknowledging and respecting your own physical limitations. If you have any concerns about your physical health, you should seek advice from your doctor or health care provider before beginning any online classes with Stacey Grey. Stacey Grey is not a medical practitioner and cannot provide any medical advice or diagnosis. Stacey Grey assumes no responsibility for injuries suffered whilst practising these online classes. By taking part in these classes you agree and understand that the exercises carried out may carry a risk of injury, and it is your responsibility to assess your physical and mental capability for such activities. It is your responsibility to ensure that by taking part in these classes you will not exceed your limits and select an appropriate level of difficulty, for your own personal skill, ability and condition. Cancellation Policy

I understand that cancellations are sometimes unavoidable – but cancelling late or not attending at all often stops other students from booking places in that class. If you cancel a class booking within 24 hours of the class start time, the class will not be rolledover or refunded.
