Cancellation Policy

I understand that cancellations are sometimes unavoidable – but cancelling late or not attending at all often stops other students from booking places in that class. If you cancel a class booking within 24 hours of the class start time, the class will not be rolled over or refunded.

When you attend a course or class, or 'subscribe' to my newsletters, I will collect information that is relevant for me to provide the service to you. I will commit to protect the personal dat of customers, students, clients and followers.

I collect information about you when you attend a class, course, have 1-2-1 sessions and sign up to my newsletters. I do not collect any personal identifying information without your knowledge when you visit my website. 

When you attend a course/class with me, I will hold information which includes your contact details and health related information. This information is stored on a password protected computer, which has antivirus software. If you "subscribe"to my newsletter, the details held will be your name and email address. I will collect further information if you contact me with comments or specifics requests. To comply with insurance requirements this information will be retained for 7 years from the last time you have used my services. Once 7 years has passed, all information will be shredded and destroyed.

None of your information is passed on to third parties without your consent except where required to do so by law. 

I would like to send you information about services and special offers, which may be of interest to you. If you 'subscribe' you will receive this information, you have the right to 'unsubscribe' at any time.

You have the right to access any personal information I hold about you and have any inaccuracies corrected.

I am registered with the ICO. I regularly review my security standards and procedures to help prevent unauthorised access to personal information, improper use or disclosure, unauthorised modification and unlawful destruction or accidental loss.
