These sessions include Guided Meditations,

will teach you how to Meditate on your own,

give you tools to take away with you,

information and knowledge about Meditation.

Receive recordings to do at home on your own.

And an opportunity to meet like minded people.

5 Week

Online Meditation Course

From Tuesday 14th January

6.30-7.30pm

5 x 1 hour sessions £50

Suitable for beginners or regular Meditators

Learn different techniques, receive recordings each week,

learn the science and how to incorporate

this beautiful practice into your life.

 

Science Meditation Event

Receive recordings after the event, to incorporate in your life.

1 x 20 minute consultation session for free

1 x up to 90 minute session for £50

3 sessions (1 x 90 minute and 2 x 60 minute) for £120

These flexible, personalised sessions teach you the foundational techniques of meditation,

designed to help you practise on your own.

 

Whether you’d like a 1-1 experience or prefer to invite friends,

family, or colleagues for a group session,

you can enjoy these sessions from the comfort of your own home or online.

This session equips you with the tools and confidence to integrate meditation into your daily routine,

fostering long-term mental clarity and well-being.

 

Regular practice can improve mental resilience,

boost creativity, and support overall physical and emotional health.
