With over 20 years of dedicated teaching experience, my journey into Yoga and Pilates began after a previous career in banking. During a particularly challenging period in my life, marked by depression, stress, and anxiety, I discovered the profound healing power of these practices. I can honestly say that Yoga and Pilates saved my life, helping me find balance, strength, and peace.
