 If you're looking for a down to earth teaching style, a way to calm down, to step back and relax and strengthen your body? You have come to the perfect place.

My Yoga and Pilates classes will give you the getaway you're looking for in a comfortable and relaxing environment, either in the studio in Poringland, Waterloo Park, 1-2-1 at your home or on YouTube.

My approach to Yoga is more about the quality of mind and philosophy in a Westernised manner. In a safe and nurturing space, where the emphasis is on relaxing, rather than pushing, sensing and reading your body, rather than following others. Connecting with yourself deeply and calming the mind, which will in turn, de-stress the body. Placing a lot of awareness on breathing, as this is the gateway to inner peace of being. Each class has a different theme and mindful movement.  Suitable for all ages and levels. You will gain more self-confidence and improve your core while we're at it. Just one hour per week will already change the way you feel and how you look.

In over 80% of the cases, there is no need to feel this way. A regular practice of Yoga and Pilates can seriously relieve back pains and radically improve discomfort, both physically and mentally.

Pilates is a great workout as we get older, it develops more strength, coordination and balance. This is exactly what you need at a point where high impact training can bring more harm than good.

With over 20 years of solid teaching experience and a past life in banking, I can't wait to have you in class and share the practices that have pulled me out of a terrible time in my life. A time of depression, stress and anxiety. I can even say that the combination of Yoga and Pilates saved my life.
